The proposed contract vehicle anticipates a period of performance of 10 years representing a major shift in Pentagon acquisition, emphasizing speed and scale for complex threats. The anticipated stated maximum value is $151 Billion to meet the program goal of rapidly acquiring advanced technologies for a multi-layered homeland defense system (Golden Dome).
